Really lovely single room avalible now. The room itself has everything you would need plus plently of storage space as well (despite being a single, and there is access to alot of loft storage as well)

The house itself is very modern, clean and nicely presented and people often comment thats its not your 'typical' student house (new house mate MUST be a student). All current house mates are 3rd years at Southampton University 4 girls and a 1 guy and are all very friendly and lovely! The house is only a 5-7 minute walk to the highfield campus, situated on Sirdar road

The room has become avalible as i have decided to take a gap year so need someone to fill my room asap.
