Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor- Southampton

One of the UK's leading HVAC manufacturers, currently requires an experienced M & E Surveyor to join their established company.

The role requires applicants ideally with a mechanical biased with a good background and understanding in site assessments and surveys of mechanical equipment such as AHU, ventilation, extract fans etc within a domestic and commercial sector.

The successful applicant will be employed as an M & E Surveyor, responsible for attending site meetings and carrying out surveys and assessments of the condition of equipment on site. With the details acquired applicants would then be responsible for putting together and submitting quotations or prices based on the maintenance or repair costs that would need to be under taken.

The salary is £30k basic + car + holiday + contributory pension + expenses

To apply applicants must have a mechanical biased and be proficient in understanding the HVAC industry as well as carrying out surveys and assessments.
