I have a reasonable sized double room available to rent asap. The room currently has a double futon with a bunk above, but this can be changed if required. It also has a chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, tv unit and aerial socket (although I am still trying to improve tv reception in there). The room is located at the rear of the house.

The house itself has 2 other bedrooms, one is my study, the other is my bedroom. Downstairs is the living room with comfy sofas, plasma & home theatre, and a ps3. There is a dining room, and a reasonable kitchen with gas oven/hobs, washing machine & fridge/freezer. The bathroom is downstairs at the rear of the property through a hallway that leads to the back door and the reasonable (bbq-ready) garden.

I'm looking for a housemate who is ideally a professional, who Is not too much of a partygoer, and will treat the house wth some respect. I don't mind whether you are male or female.
