space for studio rehearsal room (£130 pw)

hello,
we're looking for somewhere to house a little studio/rehearsal space. we would be willing to pay between 50-130 pounds per week (perhaps more if the space was absolutely ideal), depending on size, condition, security etc. we're not a 'heavy rock' band and average age is 28, so you could rest assured we would treat the space with respect, and would obviously soundproof it. if this sounds like something you might be interested in doing with the space you are looking to rent, please email and we can discuss further. thanks
