I am looking for someone to rent my second bedroom in my modern city-style apartment on Hill Lane near Southampton Central Station. The room and apartment is fully furnished, and as I have an ensuite, the main bathroom would be mainly for the use of the second bedroom. There is a TV and phone point in the bedroom, and in the lounge there is a widescreen LCD tv, PS3, and freeview TV. Wireless broadband is available throughout the apartment. The kitchen is kitted out with all you'd expect, and a washer/dryer. I am looking for monthly rent of £380 plus bills, but an all inclusive rate can be discussed.
