I have a Ground Floor Studio Flat with Southampton City Council. I would concider it to be kept up well. Consists of Bedroom and lounge as one room with UPVC windows, and laminate flooring fitted through out the room. One small Kitchen but enough to get nessary items into, like fridge freezer and cooker and washing machine. And also small bathroom and toilet. The property is about 10 mins from City Centre with bus stop direct outside the property. The Council are due to upgrade the Kitchen and Bathrooms on this flat sometime this year. I am looking to transfer to a one bedroom flat or house anywhere in Southampton, either Council or Houseing association is viable for me and my partner.
