Hi Southampton Ladies RFC is an up and coming rugby team that is always looking for new players.

We are a social and fun bunch with many new players joining this season.

Rugby is a great sport - and not just for men! It doesn't matter whether you're tall short, fast or slow, there is a position for everyone in rugby.
Not only is it a great team sport so you can make lots of new friends but its also great fitness.

The team has recently recieved sponsorshop from 2 local businesses and are this year entered into a small friendlys league so the season will be predominantly training and having fun (perfect for beginners).

If you fancy coming along and giving it a try - DO! I can guarantee you will love it!

Training is Tuesdays and Thursdays at Southampton Rugby Club (Lower Brownhill Lane).
