Its a 4 bedroom house, with three girls already living there, two of them students at the Winchester Arts College and a third girl working at the University of Winchester. The kitchen is spacious and has a table to eat at, lounge that is bright and spacious with a decorative fireplace. The room available has a bed, a wardrobe, a chest of draws and a desk with a chair and a couple of single shelves.

There are few small shops close by and 15 minute walk to town centre. Its very close (10min walk) to the University so would be ideal for a student at Winchester.
