Would you be interested in having freshly prepared meals using ingredients that are Gluten and wheat free; prepared by a professional cook and delivered to your door ready for the fridge or freezer?

I am a professional private cook who has worked for a well known sports personality and top end establishments for corporate lunches and cocktail parties. In 2007 I developed an intolerance of wheat and Gluten and have since established a wide repertoire of interesting meals using fresh ingredients for both sweet and savoury dishes.

I have recently moved to Hampshire and I am trying to ascertain if there is a market for the provision of ready made meals that are Gluten and Wheat free made using fresh ingredients delivered to you ready for the fridge or freezer.

The meals include Italian (pasta and Pizza), Chinese, Indian, French, and British. A full menu would be provided (as a rough guide anticipated cost of a main course £5/£7, desert £2/£4). Delivery would be on a weekly basis. Delivery costs would depend on the size of the order, but maximum delivery charge would be £6.00
