Our client a leading international company is looking to recruit a German Speaking Operations Manager for their offices in Buckinghamshire

The Role

To design and deliver training to advisors and managers, inspiring them to be passionate about our clients, its brands and its consumers.

Culture and Communication responsibilities

Requirements

The Successful candidate will have:

• Experience in Financial Services
• Experience of designing and delivering training
• Experience of expressing concepts, ideas and information to all levels of management in both formal and informal situations
• Preferred professional qualification, CIPD or other Training related qualification
• Excellent business language skills in German and English
• Outstanding training / presentation skills

Desirable attributes are:

• Experience of training needs analysis and training evaluation
• Experience of expressing concepts, ideas and information to all levels of management in both formal and informal situations
• 3 years+ operational experience in a commercially focused organisation
Salary

The salary for this is negotiable circa £25,000 per annum. There may also be a relocation package available for the right candidate
