My client, who are one of the leading names in home improvement and DIY in the United Kingdom are looking for a Kitchen/Bathroom Design/Sales Consultant to work from their showroom in Southampton, Hampshire.

I am looking for candidates who fit the following criteria -
* Minimum 2 years retail experience in a supervisory role.
* Someone who has a passion for customer service, attention to detail and driving of sales.
* Candidates who have experience in CAD design will be preferred and candidates who have that experience in the world of Kitchen / Bathroom design will be seen immediately.

Your role as a design consult will be completely customer and sales focused.
You need to provide a service that will begin with an excellent first impression and end with you closing a high level, 'big ticket' sale.

Salaries range from £15,000 - £19,000 basic depending on experience, however you can earn uncapped commission on a sliding scale for every single product that you sell. For the right candidate this role could be a huge money spinner!
