An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our clients established and expanding Business Travel business. They are currently seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to deal with all aspects of the role – reservations, fares, ticketing & invoicing. You will be working as part of a team in a busy, friendly office Monday to Friday in Totton. Part time candidates are also welcome. Microsoft office skills preferred.
You must be fully conversant with Galileo, hold Fares & Ticketing 1 & 2, and be familiar with booking net and published fares. Booking of European/Worldwide business travel including flights, hotels, car hire, rail, insurance and other ancillary products would be the norm. An approachable attitude with excellent telephone customer service skills, an ability to communicate at all levels.
£16-17K pa,family travel discounts, parking
