Agriculture and Private Property Solicitor

Our client has an excellent reputation within the region and would now like to expand the already well established Agricultural and Private Property Group by the recruitment of a practitioner with substantial expertise in agricultural and landed estates law.

This is a unique opportunity to join a successful and growing UK law practice and significantly contribute to the growth and success of the firm and in this work sector

Duties and Responsibilities:

To Provide high Level advice to clients across the Agricultural sector
Sales and Purchases of estates, farms and land
Commercial tenancy agreements
Provide legal support for Quota payments
Provide professional service to managed clients such as insurers and other large scale commercial businesses

Skill:

Exposure to and working knowledge of agricultural law,
Lead and develop more junior members of staff
High level client management skills
Ability to market the practice in a proactive and professional manner
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, Litigation and IT Skills
