1 or 2 bed unfurnished house/ground floor flat for professional non-smoking woman with cat. Must have garden and parking (preferably off road) and have easy access to M27 westbound. St Denys, Portswood, Swaythling or Bassett preferred.

I am a professional 30 something woman looking for a new home for myself and my cat. We are both very tidy and clean and enjoy gardening. Ideally we would like a little house or ground floor flat not too far away from the city centre and with easy access to the M27 westbound. However, the property must be well away from a main road. I would need to put in a cat flap so there must be a suitable door, which I’m happy to replace if required when I move out.

I don't have white goods, so these would need to be included. I’m looking for somewhere fairly modern that is clean and tidy. I have previously owned my own home and my landlord of 3.5 years will provide references.

I would need to move in around the 1st February 2010.

Will pay going rate for rent.
