A maternity cover part time reception job based in Guildford, Surrey. This is an exciting job opportunity for anyone looking for a corporate part time reception position, 2 days a week. The role will be a job share and the designated days are Tuesday and Thursday and can not be changed.
Working within an experienced reception team of 2 others, you will need to be experienced in working in a corporate reception experience and happy to work through other administration tasks throughout the day.
The role will include:

- daily post franking and distributing
- logging documents for couriers
- accepting deliveries
- switchboard
- meeting and greeting customers and clients The job is 14.5 hours per week and will pay £7,200 - £8,000 plus company benefits.
