Great opportunity has arisen to join a fabulous hotel based in New Forest (30 min. Southampton). One of the best known restaurants in Hampshire - our client is currently looking for a chef de partie to join their established team which has won a number of awards including Michelin star and Best Restaurant of the Year.
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and will have a proven track record of the following:


• Previous experience working in a quality establishment working with fresh produce is a must.
• Team player
• Creative flair and keen eye for detail
• Discipline in terms of time keeping and adhering to legal food and hygiene requirements.
