Are you interested in making your mark in a relatively new venture that has just undergone major refurbishment. Our client is looking for a Head Chef with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Leading a brigade of 8 chefs you will need to be able to motivate and lead by example.

There is currently a menu in place but the successful applicant will be able to bring fresh ideas and their own personal touch to the development of the menu that has a french/Mediterranean influence.

The successful candidate must be able to work evenings and weekends and, in return, will be well rewarded with competitive salary and generous bonus.

An individual who is passionate about working with fresh foods and a great understanding of French/Mediterranean cuisine.

The ability to work under pressure and must be able to motivate and train a team.

You will have held a similar position in a good quality establishment and be a great team player and good all rounder.
