Sous Chef 18 – 20k



We are currently looking to recruit a Sous Chef for one of our clients in Winchester. This converted pub is a fine dining restaurant and the food could be described as ‘Modern British’.



The successful Sous Chef will need to have a strong background in all areas of the kitchen, will ideally have had the position of Sous Chef previously, must be self motivated and be able to contribute towards the menu planning, using seasonal quality ingredients.
