OfficeTeam is currently recruiting for an experienced Administration Assistant for an NHS establishment based in the Southampton.
The Role
This Administration role is very varied and has both HR and finance responsibilities as well as general administrative support. You will be responsible for generating new starter letters and packs, logging of employee sickness, processing holiday forms and inputting financial information into an Excel spreadsheet. There will be some reconciliation of this information with the Finance system so experience of basic accounts would be an advantage.The ideal candidate must have excellent Word and Excel skills and be very accurate with a keen eye for detail. Candidates must be available to start work as soon as possible and must hold an enhanced CRB check or be prepared to have one completed.
Salary & Benefits
This role is offered at £7.00 per hour initially on a temporary basis with a view to becoming permanent after an initial period. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
