Job Title: CDM Coordinator
Location: Poole or Winchester Salary band £36,000, 25 days holiday, Pension and Flexible benefits
Our client has been constructed from a group of surveying consultancies, which operate across the UK and are experienced in every sector of the construction industry.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced CDM Coordinator to join our growing Southern England team co-located in our Poole and Winchester offices:
The successful candidate will be involved in a wide variety of construction projects including: new build, refurbishment and maintenance works across a number of sectors including residential, education, health, leisure and commercial projects.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team of CDM Coordinators.
The area of work required to be covered includes Hampshire, Dorset, and surrounding counties plus support to our Oxford office and Oxford areas.
Successful candidates will be undertaking a CDM Coordinator role with their current employer and should have an appropriate qualification.
This role will involve a high degree of client and design team interaction, so it is essential that applicants possess good communications and teamwork skills.
