The room has a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers; it is massive and has very nice chandelier and a huge window.

The rent is £300 per month and the bills are not more than £50 per month (water, gas, electricity, wireless). The deposit is £390. The other roommates are 3 placement students and 1 just working. The age range is 21-22.

The house is in Bitterne Park (71 Bullar Road), it is literally 3 minutes walk from Bitterne Train Station and is 5 minutes by car to the University of Southampton.

The neighbourhood is very beautiful with a very nice park nearby.
