Continuous Improvement Manager
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER (ENGINEERING) - BASINGSTOKE - £31k
A leading engineering company in Basingstoke is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their management team on a permanent basis.
The key focus of the role will be to be a continuous improvement resource for the site and to facilitate positive cultural change. This will include providing support for the front line management team in addressing medium to long term issues, through the identification and resolution of root causes.
In order to be considered for this role candidates will need to have a high level of continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment ideally as a Six Sigma Green or Black Belt. Excellent communication skills and the ability to simultaneously manage a multiple and broad agenda will also be required.
This role comes with an excellent benefits package including bonus, healthcare and pension. The continuous improvement manager role is commutable from Basingstoke, Southampton, Andover and other parts of Hampshire, Buckinghamshire and Wiltshire.
