We work with the Street Homeless Prevention Team to secure private rented accommodation for service users. Two Saints work closely with private landlords in order to gain the best possible accommodation that is beneficial for both parties. This initiative covers the Southampton area, and is a valuable resource for people who are able to live independently.

There is some rental deposit finance in the form of our bond scheme that has proved very popular among our current private landlords. Offering peace of mind and a constant stream of tenants, who have been assessed or have proved that they can manage a short hold tenancy.

Here at Two Saints we are constantly improving our service and building upon our current bank of landlords. The majority of our clients will initially be assisted to claim housing benefit, which can be paid direct to you, while often they are actively looking for work.

Whatever your criteria, we will have a suitable tenant.
