Senior Credit Control Analyst - Verizon Business - Reading - UK

In my role my responsibilities include looking after the high value Euro and UK currency ledger where I needed to use a variety of Software applications such as SAP and Oracle Applications. Mostly I contacted Customers over the Telephone and email to investigate outstanding payments, banking and Invoice enquiries. I also specialise in Analytical work and have regular meetings with members of staff, different Departments and the Finance Director. I have experience of negotiating payment plans, credit checks, identifying and resolving any potential debtor problems. Recently I changed roles, looking after Premier Customers and working closely with Service Managers to resolve Issues and have Customer Meetings Face to Face. During the absence of my Team Leader I am in charge to deal with any important issues that need to be resolved or reports that need to be actioned and completed.
