We are a new independent niche recruitment firm, launching in a couple of weeks and we are looking for a part time recruitment consultant to help support the development of the business. The area of work is working with graduates and small businesses.

The role involves developing client relations, arranging meetings and promoting the brand of the business. The main activities are mostly cold calling to start with, this is so that you can arrange meetings with the clients and yourself, place candidates, build relationships, work out agreements and to get to know the business, and overall promote the brand of the business. You will be essentially running and maintaining your own client base, and placing candidates on our books.

The position is part time, so preferably a graduate or a student is an ideal candidate who is looking for a challenging role but in part time hours. It will suit someone who is looking to go into recruitment or interested in business development. Where we are a small business, your input does make a difference.

Qualities looking for are a natural sales ability, entrepreneurial and creative, good people skills and overall good communication, a person who is confident to deal with clients who are businesses, someone able to be good at promotion and looking at the long term, as the role involves building relationships, not just quick sales.
