Appointment Line Call Handler
My client is a large health organisation based in Southampton, They pride themselves on providing a high level of service to all patients.
Your role will entail taking inbound calls from outpatients and booking their relevant appointments with the hospitals and doctors. You must deliver a professional and sympathetic manner due to the nature of some of their calls.
You must have had an experience of call centre environment and be confident and friendly over the phone, As well as organised and driven. The call centre is busy and fast paced.
The hours of work are 5 days a week between the hours of 7am-10pm over a 7.5-hour period. Part time hours are also available based on 4-hour shirts 5 days a week.
