A leading semiconductor company who provide solutions in power management and protection products to the Wireless Telecoms industry are now looking for a Senor embedded software engineer with a depth of experience developing technically advanced products in the telecoms/ wireless sector.

As an experienced Software Development Engineer, you should have most, if not all, of the following experience

* C / C++
* Embedded real-time system development and debugging
* Knowledge of the software/hardware interface and an appreciation of hardware electronics
* Telecommunications, Internet, Ethernet, Wireless protocols, standards
* Solid understanding Ethernet/IP & UDP
* Software development design tools and processes (UML, RT-SASD or similar)
* Software testing, software test tools.
* Configuration, build, release management, scripting (Tcl, Perl), make files.

This senior role involves interaction with various teams throughout the company, as such you should be an Effective communicator with the ability to interface at all levels within the organisation, possessing a thorough command of the English language, written as well as verbal. An additional European language would be useful, but not essential.
