Tenant Direct are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our expanding team.

Duties will include, Managing all Maintenance issues with our Property portfolio, Periodic Inspections, liasing with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors, dealing with Billing, Inventories, Check Ins and Check Outs, Deposit deductions and returns, ordering furnishings, overseeing works and dealing with tenant enquiries regarding all Maintenance issues.

General computer skills and ability to pick up new software applications essential.
