The house is close to the Itchen Bridge, so easy access into the city centre. There is a double bedroom and your own lounge, which are both unfurnished, so we will only share the kitchen and bathroom which are both a good size. There is also a garden and a parking space. The rent is £325.00 per month plus a half share of the bills. Deposit of £300.00 required. Furniture could be provided for a letting of 6 months or more. No couples, students or DSS.
