I have a room in my house available. Would suit mature working professional. I live in a quiet cul de sac very close to the City, M27 & local train station.

The room is fully furnished and I supply all linen and towels, there is rear access to the property so have a garden. I also have sky TV and Wireless Broadband.

I keep the house very clean and you would have to like my cat though she is really no bother to anyone and very independant.

I am an easy going female and would prefer a non smoker or someone who will only smoke outside.
