Wanted a 3 bedroom house with a garden and parking.

We are a family of 4 with a special needs son who needs a bedroom to himself and a garden. We are currently both on benifits (but my partner will be getting a job when she moves full time to southampton) so the landlord must except housing benefit also no deposit or one that can be paid in instalments if possible.

We are hoping for a house with 3 bedrooms (2 double and one single) and if possible, would like 2 reception rooms, with a garden to help with the extra energy levels of our special needs son has and parking. We would like the house near some (or a) shop due to sometimes not being able to get out much.

We would like somewhere in Lordshill but willing to go to other areas
