Surveyor required for a contractor based in Southampton.

My client is a well-established and renowned contractor who specialise in building maintenance / repairs, working on domestic and commercial properties across the South Coast. They have directly employed qualified tradesmen, covering all aspects of building from groundwork through decorating. They are responsible for helping to build their reputation for high standards of workmanship, customer service and professionalism.

They are looking for a surveyor who is able to survey properties and put together a scope of work via a Schedule of Rates input these quantities and programme the works in a excel spread sheet. Ensure a quality finish and 100% customer satisfaction.

The Work / Projects will be low value insurance claims on mainly domestic properties so you must be able to communicate well with the client and end users alike.
