My name is Simon I am a 26 year old single male that is looking for a 1 bed flat close to (preferably within) the city centre I am English and have a very secure and reliable full time job in the city centre, I'm a clean freak and like to keep my residence tidy at all times, I'm a very flexible likeable person that is just looking a nice little place of my own, ok, now my maximum budget is 500 pcm if any bills are included of course this will be reviewed I would like to do a private rental as long as you are a very trust worthy landlord/lady I have done this in the past and it's worked very well, I refuse to pay agents extortionate fees when I know that the relevant checks cost 35 pounds so don't bother contacting me if your an agent reading this!

Please consider what you are getting with me, I am very trust worthy, respectfull and tidy person, I'll be happy to have a very open comunication channel with my landlord/lady and you will always get your rent on time.
