Credit Controller Southampton Temporary
Our client an expanding global company is recruiting for an experienced credit controller to come and join a credit control team of 5 on a temporary basis.
This is a varied position and will include the following duties and responsibilities.
Key duties include:
- Assist with various Credit Control duties, including:
- Collection of overdue payments via telephone, e-mail, letter, etc.
- Dealing with clients over the phone, fax and e mail to maintain minimum debtor days
- Sending copy documents, i.e. Invoices, Statements, etc.
- Issue Reminder Letters
- Data Entry
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when requiredÂ
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts receivables to the general ledger
- Matching credit notes against invoices
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good exposure to all aspects of Credit Control
- Good interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and level of dedication
