Job description
As Chef de Partie you will be working across all areas of the kitchen supervising the commis chefs and ensuring service runs smoothly.
Ideal Background
Candidates will need to have worked in a busy fresh led environment, a passion and flair for cooking with fresh produce is required. This role may suit a strong Demi looking for step up.

Salary and Benefits
Our client is offering a salary of £16,000 to £17,000 for this Chef De Partie position along with a share of gratuities.
