One of the UK's leading manufacturers of HVAC equipment is currently looking to add to their workforce with the addition of an experienced Mechanical Surveyor.

The role requires applicants with a background and understanding of mechanical equipment such as heating and ventilation systems, AHU, extract fans, air conditioning etc. With the ability to carry out surveys and assessments based on the condition of the equipment and compile quotes outlining the costs of repair, man hours and materials needed.

The successful applicant will be employed as a Mechanical Surveyor responsible for attending site meetings, and carrying out assessments and surveys on all mechanical equipment. Once this information has been compiled, applicants will be responsible for putting together quotations to submit to the clients in regards to the repair work that needs to be undertaken.

The salary is £28-£30k basic + car + contributory pension + holiday + expenses

To apply applicants must have a qualification in mechanical sector, and have knowledge or an understanding of mechanical equipment such as AHU, fans, ventilation, heating etc
