Customer Service Manager
This an excellent opportunity working for a leading insurance company based in central Bournemouth. You will be responsible for leading and managing the complaints process, dealing with high profile complaints, media and Ombudsman cases. You will also be responsible for delivering business targets and objectives relating to performance, people, productivity and quality aspects within the operation. This is an exciting role for a candidate that has a 'hands on' approach to the work place and is excellent at coaching and developing staff members.
Skills
·Must have at least 3 years experience of working within Financial Services industry
·Excellent communication skills written and verbal
·Must have a good understanding of FSA complaints handling procedure
·Good knowledge of insurance products and associated processes
·Must have at least 2 years management experience
·Proven analytical skills – must be able to produce, read and analyse data and statistics
