My Client is looking for a Contracts Manager / Estimator to initially price up then run refurbishment contracts within the commercial and leisure sector. You will be running multiple contracts ranging in value to £1m from Birmingham down. You will be office based although travelling to site to ensure the projects are being delivered on time and to budget. You must be conversant with taking off from Drawings and Spec or BoQ's and be able to work in a fast paced fit out / shop fitting environment.

Package - £35k + Car / car Allowance + Holiday
