A Luxury 4 Star Hotel in Jersey is looking for an experienced Reception Team Leader to join their team.

The hotel has 290 Rooms and suits, 20 function rooms with a Dinner and Dance hall which can serve up to 1000 guests, as well as 3 Restaurants and Bars which serve food to a 3Rosette Standard.

As a Reception Team Leader you must be a motivated team player able to guide and assist other team members, and oversee the running of the day - to - day operations with in the reception area. You must be able to liaise efficiently with other departments as well as delivering outstanding customer service to the guests.

You must have previous experience in at least a 4Star Hotel, and worked as a receptionist for 4years, Supervisory experience an advantage, and good knowledge of Front Office systems.
