Travel Class - Operations Director
Based in Port Solent, Portsmouth. Salary - £45k-£50k per annum.

The Operations Director role will take full responsibility for the operation, delivery and development of all products within Travel Class portfolio.

The role will play a key part in the development and growth of UK residential trips and the collaboration of existing and new brands.

What You'll Be Doing
• Manage post booking pre departure customer service, ensuring efficient processes are in place to deliver high quality customer itineraries to the customer and timely, accurate information provided to internal and external suppliers.
• The delivery of a high quality and consistent product to our customers on-site provision
• Accountable for the growth of repeat business
• Budget management to maximize operating profit
• Seek new opportunities to generate new revenue streams
• Work closely with the Finance Manager to implement effective and accurate reporting
• Plan and manage the implementation of a new product delivery
• As a key member of the management team, participate effectively in delivering the performance of and developing the strategic direction
• Manage three direct reports with an overall team of 236 (Head Office Staff and Seasonal)
• Manage health and safety function ensuring that existing high standards are maintained and opportunities to improve processes and standards are identified
• Recognize and implement new product initiatives, locations and developments in line with future growth plans
