Rent of £365.00 per month for a furnished single room, inclusive of all utility bills, council tax & wireless internet access, a deposit of one weeks rent will be required. The home phone can be used too but at an additional cost.

Shared areas of the house comprises of galley kitchen, lounge diner, shower room and garden.
