Chef de Partie. Our client a former, AA Hotel Group of the Year, is recruiting a Chef de Partie fore their 1AA Rosette kitchen. The hotel has a good corporate trade, leisure guests and weddings throughout the spring and summer.

Job Description

The Chef de Partie will work in all sections of the kitchen and be responsible for their own section, training junior staff and ensuring that food is prepared and presented to guidelines set by the Head Chef. Managing stock rotation and ensuring hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained at all times.

Experience

This is a role for an experienced Chef de Partie who has NVQ Level 1& 2 or equivalent. You will have a steady work history and be able to demonstrate progression in your career. Experience of working in an all fresh food kitchen is important for this role.
