KTM 250 SX road registered bike yes that’s right it’s a road going motor-cross bike. So that means better suspension and more power. I’ve owned her for about 1 ½ years and had no problems with her.
I raced once on a 2 day endurance and was well imprested she makes an EXC look daft! The main use was green laning were it was easy to keep up with bigger 4 strokes on the opens and thrash them on the tighter bits. On road riding is a screamer wheelie off the lights and then stoppie an the next set. I will be sad to see her go but am moving abroad so must go.
A word of warning this bike is very powerful and will scare the pans of the more new rider!
She’s a 2001 on a V plate and is day time legal thaw there are lights fitted these run on a battery and are not needed. I can retax if required at the buyer expense (£32) the mot ends 08/06/08
