I have a lovely double bedroom available for rent from now until the end of May. Would suit very short term - for example, a week; or from now untill the end of May. Bedroom is fully furnished - double bed, wardrobe, TV, DVD, PS2, etc..house has Sky, broadband, and a lovely garden for BBQ's! Would be sharing with one other female in her final year of study. Must be OK with a cat! House is also very close to bus stop (10 second walk) where you can get a bus into town (10 minutes), but there are shops around the corner for everyday necessities! Have both a shower and a bath. Parking spaces are always available in the road (unlike most of Southampton!).

I am looking for somebody who is easy going, tidy and respectful of others.
