Engineering Support Technician required to join my client's technical support team providing telephone and face to face support to customers and engineers alike on the company's full product range. You will take calls from customer's with technical queries on their products and provide assistance yourself or escalate the query, provide technical support to engineers that are out in the field and assist with detailed service quotations.
The Engineering Support Technician will also assist with warranty requests, put together service plans and investigate technical issues. This a fantastic opportunity to join this successful and expanding company with excellent opportunity for future growth.
Applicants for the position of Engineering Support Technician should be educated to ONC/HNC/HND level or equivalent in an engineering bias ideally with some experience in a customer facing support role. Candidates must have the ability to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and interpret technical data.
