Pitcher & Piano Southampton requires a chef de partie. Duties include implementing proper kitchen procedure, stock management, all proper adherence to Health & Safety as well as being competent in their section and training others to work there if required. Work will include preparation of a wide range of food including soups, sauces and derivatives as per instruction from Sous Chef/Head Chef as well as cooking and serving dishes to order. You will be responsible for maintaining good cleaning, hygiene and food storage/rotation procedures in accordance with H.A.C.C.P.
