Pastry Chef de Partie - Live in - New Forest - 18,000

My client is currently looking for a strong Pastry Chef to assist with the smooth running and maintaining of a busy section in this 4 star Hotel in the New Forest area. The Hotel has one food outlet, an award winning Fine Dine restaurant which is highly rated and very sort after.

As Pastry Chef you will be expected to have the following:
* Knowledge of running your own section and the ability to maintain a very high standard
* Strong understanding of Pastry ingredients
* Rosette background ideal but not essential
* Qualification's would be and advantage

Salary and Benefits -
* As Pastry Chef you will be offered 18,000 per annum
* Share of the Tips
* Live in from 50 per week
