Rosette Restaurant looking for strong Chef de Partie to help with the smooth running of this busy kitchen.
Job Description - As Chef de Partie you will of course need to be able to run your own section to a high standard and be able to maintain this thought service, while being a motivated team player. As the kitchen is of rosette standard you would need to understand fresh ingredients and have passion to create new and exciting ideas.
Required Chef de Partie Experience:
* Experience in Hotel or Restaurant background
* Understanding of fresh ingredients
* Food hygiene and Health and Safety certificates
Salary and Benefits:
* Starting salary for Chef de Partie is 15,500 to 16,000 (Dep on ex)
