.... we on an estate with 2 kids playgrounds, 1 adventure play ground for older kids age 5-15, mabley green 2 mins away with football ground, river lee on hackney marshes, 2 primary schools which 1 is on estate and other is 5mins walk, cathlic secondary school 10mins walk and others 15mins away, all local shops, asda,b&q,currys,kfc,sports direct,fitness first gym all 20mins walk.
