Our client is looking for a hydraulic modelling expert to oversee the fluvial and pluvial modelling capability.
Your managerial responsibilities will include:
- Developing the current team to ensure that the capability can grow in a sustainable way.
- Day to day management of the team,
- Staff mentoring, succession planning, and team structuring for efficiency and market competitiveness
- Client liaison and business development.
- Ensuring technically robust solutions.
Your principal technical role will be the day to day management of a team, project management, concept studies and design, leading to planning applications or construction drawings. You can expect to be active on a number of projects/client accounts at any given time.
You will be preferably be Chartered status (CEng, MICE, or CIWEM) and have extensive experience in both strategic and detailed hydraulic modelling and associated products such as SFRA, and knowledge of the Development Industry and hydrological analysis would be an advantage.
